Vocational training

We received the official right to provide vocational training in 2012, and in 2015 we opened a training center at the company with our own investment. The training center operates on a competency-based program to provide service workers with the knowledge and skills they need to perform their duties, and provides in-house and on-the-job training.

Our training center provides professional (competency) training in the following three main areas. These include:

  • Office, home furniture, carpet cleaner (II-III qualification level)
  • Customer Service Information Officer (I-IV qualification level)
  • Secretary and clerk (I-IV qualification level)

From 2015 to 2019, we organized a total of 465 hours of internal training in these three areas for our employees, 925 hours of training according to the customer's proposal, and issued 173 competency certificates to successful students.
